Task history
A Task maps to one persisted run and shows its objective, agent, execution steps, linked operations, interventions, result evidence, and Task-level verification checks.
Evidence packets preserve bounded summaries, safe paths, identifiers, check results, and diagnostics. They do not intentionally contain source files, credentials, environment variables, or full raw logs.

An unauthenticated user is sent through login and returned to the requested page; normal organization and project authorization is then rechecked.
